Terms and Conditions;
A £30 deposit is required to secure your chosen date. Any deposits are non refundable on cancellation with the exception of positive Covid 19 cases, for which proof will be required. If you require a date change we will accommodate wherever possible.
The remaining balance is due on the day before set up. Should you require more teepees, this can be done up to 24 hours before your hire (subject to availability).
Please note we have a strict no smoking policy for the entire household once the teepees are set up. No pets are allowed in the same room as the teepees. Please do not allow any pens, nail polish, glitter or any other items that could mark our teepees in the same room as them.
Do not leave any laptops, phones, consoles or other electrical items charging in or near our tents. Any damages will be charged for.
In the event of traffic or other uncontrollable circumstances preventing us from being able to fulfil our contracted obligations our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid, other than the non refundable deposit, in relation to the contracted event or a pro rata deduction in the hire fee in the event of delayed start. No further compensation will be paid.
Hired equipment will be set up in one place only as agreed upon arrival and will not be moved without a Pitch Up Parties staff member present.
Pitch Up Partuse reserves the right to refuse delivery if the venue is deemed to be unsuitable. In this case no refund will be given and full amount will be due.
All equipment remained the property of Pitch Up Parties at all time and is booked on a hire only basis.
The customer agrees to indemnify Pitch Up Parties for the damage or theft of the equipment whilst on hire.
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and Pitch Up Parties is not liable for; the welfare of any persons attending your event, any loss or damage of personal belongings or any injury arising from the use of the hired equipment.
Hire Conditions
The client confirms they have read and understood these terms and conditions as set out above. If there is any confusion, contact Pitch Up Parties to have this rectified.
The client will, during the period of hire, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, it’s care, safety from damage however slight or change of any sort, and the behaviour of all persons of all ages using the equipment, whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children.
The client will indemnify Pitch Up Parties for the full cost of any damage done to any equipment which may occur during the period of hiring.
The client will not use the equipment for any purpose other than that discussed upon hire and shall not sub-hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way.
The client will ensure no one is near/on the equipment wearing shoes, carrying sharp objects, key rings, metal studded clothing or any other similar items which could case damage to others or the equipment. No food or drink is to be consumed in the teepees or near soft furnishings such as bedding, pillows and decor.
The equipment is not to be moved or taken anywhere without a staff member from Pitch Up Parties present.
The client will not use the equipment outside.
The client will not allow pets on or near the equipment.
Public liability insurance is excluded in it’s entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee whether directly or indirectly related to the use of alcohol and/or drugs.
If the client wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the following charges will apply;
Covid 19 positive case or isolating due to close contact (proof will be required) - full refund.
With 4 weeks notice - full refund minus the non refundable deposit. With 3 weeks to 1 week notice - 50% of the party balance is due.
With less than 1 week notice - full balance is due.
